    • An apparatus for separating a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to prevent malfunction by not directly touching the PCB by a user. An apparatus for separating a PCB includes a separation plate(30), a PCB fixing plate, a cylindrical member, a spring, an absorption plate(22), and an absorber. The separation plate is provided on an upper end of a base(10), moves forward and backward through power of a cylinder, and includes a plurality of separation units at an upper end and grooves at four corners. The PCB fixing plate is received on the separation plate and includes a plurality of holes corresponding to the separation units at a front surface. A film attached with a PCB is put on an upper end of the PCB fixing plate. The cylindrical member is inserted into the grooves of the separation plate and is lowered through compression of the PCB fixing plate. The spring is inserted into the grooves and elastically supports the cylindrical member. The absorption plate vertically moves by the power of the cylinder and presses the PCB fixing plate in lowering. The absorber is installed on a bottom surface of the absorption plate and absorbs the PCB according to pumping of a pump while being adjacent to the PCB in lowering the absorption plate.

A processor(32) calculates a real position of the site and outputs a signal representing the real position. The processor arranges the beam source to form the beam which is aligned with respect to the calculated position. The processor drives the beam source at the calculated position and performs a micromachining process at the calculated position.

A PCB vacuum absorbing table(10) installs a PCB to be inspected, and maintains the flatness of the PCB. A PCB vacuum absorbing table X axis transfer robot(10-1) and a Y axis transfer robot are formed at the lower side of the PCB vacuum absorbing table(10), transmit the PCB along the X axis or Y axis with uniform speed, and transfer the PCB to the position of a line scan camera for inspection(30). A light for inspection(20) is formed at the lower side of the line scan camera for inspection(30), irradiates light on the PCB when the PCB is located at the lower center of the line scan camera for inspection(30). The line scan camera for inspection(30) is formed at one side of the PCB vacuum absorbing table(10), and photographs the PCB when the light for inspection(20) irradiates light. A controlling unit determines whether the image photographed by the line scan camera for inspection(30) is satisfactory by using an image processing program, and, if the determination result is not satisfactory, controls the X axis transfer robot(10-1) and the Y axis transfer robot and transfers the defective PCB to the position of a camera for verification(60). A light for verification(50) is formed at one lower side of the camera for verification(60), and irradiates light on the defective PCB when the PCB is located at the lower center of the camera for verification(60). The camera for verification(60) is formed at the other side of the PCB vacuum absorbing table(10), and photographs the defective PCB when the light for verification(50) irradiates light. An image processing unit(70) enables an operator to perform the verification while watching an image screen by displaying the image photographed by the camera for verification(60) according to the control of the controlling unit(40).

      본 고안의 인쇄회로기판의 수세공정 후 배출장치에 따르면, 인쇄회로기판을 진공압을 이용하여 수평하게 적재함으로써 인쇄면에 긁힘이 갈 수 있는 문제점을 해소할 수 있다, 또한, 맞물리는 두 개의 롤러 사이를 통과하지 않으므로 두께가 다른 인쇄회로기판에 대해서도 장비의 높이 조작이 간편하고 용이하며, 기판들이 서로 겹치는 사고가 발생하더라도 기판의 파손을 최소화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 고안의 인쇄회로기판의 수세공정 후 배출장치는 제품의 불량률을 줄이고 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
