CONSTITUTION: A fixed horizontal blade(10) is used for cutting directly a tape. A rotary blade(12) is used for cutting the tape. The rotary blade(12) is installed in an outer circumference of a driven gear(18). An exterior case(30) has an inlet part(24). A box(26) is used for storing cut tapes. A drive gear(14), a differential gear(16), and the driven gear(18) are used as a gear stream for rotating the rotary blade(12). A DC motor(20) provides a driving force for driving the drive gear(14). A shaft and a bearing are connected to the driven gear(18). A synchro-shaft is used for transmitting a rotary force. A controller(22) is formed with a software and a hardware. A limit switch is used as an interrupt for designating a basic position of the rotary blade(12) as a starting point. A leveling foot(32) is used for maintaining a balance of a cutter. A transformer provides power to the cutter.

    • An apparatus for separating a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to prevent malfunction by not directly touching the PCB by a user. An apparatus for separating a PCB includes a separation plate(30), a PCB fixing plate, a cylindrical member, a spring, an absorption plate(22), and an absorber. The separation plate is provided on an upper end of a base(10), moves forward and backward through power of a cylinder, and includes a plurality of separation units at an upper end and grooves at four corners. The PCB fixing plate is received on the separation plate and includes a plurality of holes corresponding to the separation units at a front surface. A film attached with a PCB is put on an upper end of the PCB fixing plate. The cylindrical member is inserted into the grooves of the separation plate and is lowered through compression of the PCB fixing plate. The spring is inserted into the grooves and elastically supports the cylindrical member. The absorption plate vertically moves by the power of the cylinder and presses the PCB fixing plate in lowering. The absorber is installed on a bottom surface of the absorption plate and absorbs the PCB according to pumping of a pump while being adjacent to the PCB in lowering the absorption plate.

A cam floor(26b) is installed in the driven gear(58) in order to move the movable horizontal blade(12) to a straight direction. A shaft(14) and an LM bush(10) are used for guiding the movement of the movable horizontal blade(12). A synchro-shaft is used for transmitting the rotary power of the DC motor(20).
