    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method for an electrode thereof are provided to improving efficiency by forming a low resistant electrode using a photoactive layer and an interface sacrificial layer. CONSTITUTION: A self-assembled thin film is formed on a substrate surface(S110). A first electrode having a straight line or a grating pattern is formed using a printing process on a substrate(S120). A first auxiliary electrode including a conductive organic matter is formed on an electrode on which the first electrode is formed(S130). An organic light emitting layer is formed on the first auxiliary electrode(S140). A second auxiliary electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer(S150). A second electrode is formed on the second auxiliary electrode(S160).
