이를 위한 생선회의 신선도 현시(顯示)용 조명램프는, 상기 뷰잉 부스 내부에 수용된 생선회쪽으로 조사(照射)하도록 광을 생성하는 광원과, 상기 광원에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부로 이루어지며, 상기 생선회 쪽으로 조사되는 상기 광을 통해 외부로 표출되는 상기 생선회의 신선한 색상은 CIE 색도 좌표에서 0.315 ≤ x ≤0.330 및 0.305 ≤ y ≤ 0.321인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 435㎚∼465㎚ 파장 영역에서 여기되는 청색 엘이디 램프에 실리콘 수지 및 황색 형광체를 적용하는 경우에는, 실리콘 수지와 YAG 황색 형광체의 조성비는 95∼97: 3∼5이고, 실리콘 수지와 실리케이트(silicate) 황색 형광체의 조성비는 83∼85: 15∼17인 것이 바람직하다.
