摘要： 본 발명은 천장 매입형 할로겐램프의 고정부재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 탄성력을 가지는 고정부재를 매입등커버와 일체로 형성된 지지바의 양측 각각에 장착하여 탄성력에 의한 원터치 식으로 용이한 탈부착을 제공하도록 한 할로겐램프 매입용 고정부재에 관한 것으로, 천장패널에 형성된 매입등커버와 상기 매입등커버 상부면 양측으로 기립 된 지지바와, 관 형태로 일정각도로 회동가능한 램프갓 및 상기 매입등커버를 천장패널에 고정하는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 매입형 할로겐램프의 고정부재에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 지지바 각각의 상측에 일단이 고정되는 한편, 상측으로부터 하측으로 갈수록 만곡된 호형으로 탄성력을 갖는 볼록부가 형성되고, 그 하단은 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부가 구비되어 상기 천장패널에 형성된 커버매입공에 억지끼움의 탄성변형을 통해 삽입된 후, 탄성복원력에 의하여 천장패널에 지지되어 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라 천장패널에 형성된 커버매입공에 번거롭지않은 용이한 설치와 해체작업을 수행하게 하고, 상기 고정부재를 직접 조작하지 않고도 탈부착이 용이하며, 날카로운 고정부재의 하단을 절곡시켜 작업시 위험으로부터 안전한 이점과 함께 제조비가 저렴한 이점이 있다.

A halogen lamp embedded fixing unit(100) includes a convex unit(120), a bending unit(130), and a connecting unit(110). The convex unit(120) has elasticity as an arc shape curved from a top side to a bottom side. The bending unit(130) is formed on a bottom of the fixing unit(100) to prevent a body of a worker from being wounded according to offset a sharp end. The connecting unit(110) has an installing hole(111) by protruding upper and lower hooking protrusions(112,113) to face each other on one opened end of the fixing unit(100).

The power terminal pin(11) is formed on a protruding unit(12) of one side of the apparatus body(10). The stepped cylindrical unit(13) is formed on the other side of the apparatus body(10). The aluminum reflecting shade(20) is coupled with an opening unit(14) of the cylindrical unit(13) and the slim fluorescent lamp(30) is put on the aluminum reflecting shade(20). The slim fluorescent lamp(30) expresses the fluorescent color inside the fluorescent lamp apparatus with various colors.
