    • An eco-friendly functional mortar and a block and a brick made of the mortar are provided to prevent sick house syndrome in a construction by employing dolomite in the mortar. An eco-friendly functional mortar comprises: sand from crushed dolomite; and an additive comprising dolomite fine powder and cement which is mixed with the sand from crushed dolomite. The sand and the dolomite fine powder are obtained by crushing rough dolomite having chemical ingredients of CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3. The additive comprises 30-90% by weight of cement and 10-70% by weight of the dolomite fine powder, and the ratio for the sand from crushed dolomite to the additive is 2.0-2.5:1 by weight. Alternatively, the additive comprises 30-90% by weight of cement, 5-65% by weight of the dolomite fine powder and 5-65% by weight of loess fine powder. A block or a brick is made of the eco-friendly functional mortar. Further, the sand from crushed dolomite has 10 to 60 meshes of granularity.

    • A powder composition of adiabatic and soundproof material is provided to obtain high compatibility with other adiabatic and soundproof products by making a composition of silica aerogel, of which strength is enhanced in a process that vulcanizes a mixture of raw material comprising silica aerogel and dries the mixture for grinding into powder type. A powder composition of adiabatic and soundproof material comprises: 20-25% by weight of diatomite, 15-20% by weight of calcium carbonate, 5-8% by weight of magnesium carbonate, 2-4% by weight of CSA expander, 25-30% by weight of micro-cement, 5-18% by weight of silica aerogel powder, 1-3% by weight of micro-silica, 2-5% by weight of at least one selected from polyacrylic absorbent polymer powder and sodium polyacrylate absorbent polymer fiber, 0.5-3% by weight of at least one selected from PVA fiber and silicon carbonate fiber and 0.3-1% by weight of sodium gliconate. The composition is mixed with 0.25-0.4 parts by weight of water with respect to the total weight of the raw material, and the mixture is stirred with a stirrer for at most 5 minutes before molding. The molded article is ground and the ground powder is mixed with the other adiabatic and soundproof products in the amount of at most 30%.

The cement composition further comprises 0.1-0.3wt% of an alkali carbonate as a rapid-hardening agent, 0.3-0.5wt% of sodium citrate as a retarder, or a mixture thereof.
