    • PURPOSE: A polylactic acid composite composition is provided to enable use as materials for automobile parts owing to high thermal resistance and shock resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid composite composition comprises 50~75 weight% of optical isomer L type polylactic acids, 15~35 weight% of optical isomer D type polylactic acids, 5~10 weight% of poly(ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate) resin and 3~5 weight% of triaryl isocyanate. The melt index of the optical isomer L type polylactic acids is 10~40 g/10 minutes(190 °C, 2.16 kg load). The melt index of the optical isomer D type polylactic acids is 30~70 g/10 minutes(190 °C, 2.16 kg load).

    • A polyurethane foam composition is provided to obtain polyurethane foam having a reduced part participating in resonance with external vibration, high vibration-absorbing capability and a low foam thickness, and thus suitable for a car interior material. A polyurethane foam composition comprises a resin premix containing a polyol, an amine-based catalyst, a surfactant and a foaming agent, and an isocyanate compound, wherein the polyol of the resin premix includes a polyether polyol having an average functionality of 2-5, a hydroxyl number of 300-700 mg KOH/g and a molecular weight of 6000-6500, and another polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 7500-8000 in a weight ratio of 50-40:60-50. The resin premix comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyol, 0.6-1.5 parts by weight of an amine-based catalyst, 0.5-2 parts by weight of a surfactant and 2-5 parts by weight of a foaming agent.
