CONSTITUTION: A cylinder aramid composition grinding device forms a grinding space (111) in which an upper part is opened. An external contact part (110) forms an external contact blade at the grinding space. An aramid composition is filled in the cylinder aramid composition grinding device. The aramid composition is cut with a centrifugal force. An inner contact grinding unit (120) grinds the aramid composition with the external contact blade and the inner contact blade.
