    • 본 고안은 회로소자가 저면에 설치된 상태의 PCB(printed circuit board)를 다수개의 레벨핀을 사용하여 수평으로 지지하므로써 PCB의 부품작업이 원활하고 안정되게 수행되도록 하는 PCB용 수평 지그장치를 제공한다. 이와 같은 PCB용 수평 지그장치는 회로소자에 의해 하측으로 가압되어 높이가 변경된 다수개의 레벨핀을 슬라이딩판을 사용하여 고정시키게 되는데, 본 고안에 따른 PCB용 수평 지그장치는 솔레노이드형 액추에이터를 구비하여 슬라이딩판을 수평이동시키게 된다. 이에 따라, 슬라이딩판의 이동속도 및 추력의 조절이 용이하게 이루어지는 한편 슬라이딩판의 급속이동이 방지되고 필요시 슬라이딩판을 안정되게 단속시킬 수 있어 레벨핀이나 슬라이딩판의 손상이 방지된다. 또한, 본 고안에 따른 PCB용 수평 지그장치는 높이와 폭이 조절되는 가이드판을 구비하여 PCB(1)의 양측단을 지지하도록 함으로써 크기에 상관없이 PCB가 보다 견고하게 지지되어 PCB의 부품작업이 안정되게 수행되게 된다.
      본 고안에 따른 PCB용 수평 지그장치는 레벨핀(10)과, 몸체프레임(20)과, 솔레노이드형 액추에이터(80)와, 가이드판(70) 및, 제어부(90)로 이루어진다. 레벨핀(10)은 PCB(1)의 저면에 밀착되고, 하부에 설치된 스프링(16)에 의해 탄성력이 부여되며, PCB(1)의 회로소자(2)에 의해 하측으로 가압되어 높이가 변경되면서 PCB(1)를 수평으로 탄성 지지하게 된다. 몸체프레임(20)은 다수개의 삽입홀(42)(52)이 정해진 간격으로 배열되는 고정판(50)과 슬라이딩판(40)이 서로 적층되어 이루어지고, 슬라이딩판(40)이 수평이동이 가능하게 설치되며, 고정판(50)과 슬라이딩판(40)의 삽입홀(42)(52)에 삽입되어 수직이동하는 레벨핀(10)이 슬라이딩판(40)의 수평이동에 의해 측방향에서 가압되어 정해진 높이에서 고정되도록 한다. 솔레노이드형 액추에이터(80)는 슬라이딩판(40)의 끝단부 외측에 위치되고, 솔레노이드에 의해 수평방향으로 직선이동하는 정해진 길이의 폴(pole)(82)이 구비되며, 폴(82)이 슬라이딩판(40)과 접속되도록 하여 슬라이딩판(40)을 수평이동시키게 된다. 가이드판(70)은 몸체프레임(20) 양측에 높이와 폭이 조절되도록 길이방향을 따라 수직으로 고정설치되어 PCB(1)의 양측단을 지지하게 되고, 제어부(90)는 솔레노이드형 액추에이터(80)의 작동을 제어하게 된다.
