    • PURPOSE: A low-foaming construction interior part and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the workability and to prevent a transcription film from being easily released by mixing styrene-acrylonitrile to an ABS resin. CONSTITUTION: A 30-10 weight percent of styrene-acrylonitrile is mixed with 70-90 weight percent of an ABS resin in a mixer. Then, the mixture is dried at the temperature of 105°C(S1). Then, 0.2 to 0.9% of a foaming agent, 0.2 to 0.5% of citric acid, 0.02 to 0.2% of Zn, 0.06% of distributing agent, 0.2 to 0.5% of UV ray screen agent, and 0.2 to 0.5% of anti-oxidizer are mixed with the mixture(S2). While maintaining the mixer at the temperature of 110°C, the mixture resin is discharged from the mixer and introduced into a hopper(S3). Then, mixture resin fed from the hopper passes through cylinders so that the mixture resin has a gel type. In addition, gel type mixture resin passes through the second dice thereby extruding mixture resin foam(S4). After that, the mixture resin foam is cooled(S5).
