    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal polyester is provided to restrain decrease of heat resistance of liquid polyester composition by restraining liquid polyester originated from filler(talc) except fiber filler. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal polyester comprises: a step of extruding liquid polyester by melt-rolling the liquid polyester with filler by using a twin screw extruder. The twin screw extruder has a cylinder with a feeding part(4), and an adding part(6). The feeding part supplies at least liquid crystal polyester. The adding part adds filler by beign formed in a lower part of the feeding part. The adding part comprises a first adding part(61), and a second adding part(62). The first adding part adds filler except fiber filler and the second adding part adds fiber filler. The screw(3) respectively comprises a first mixing part(81) and a second mixing part(82) in an upper part and a lower part based on the first adding part.

    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing a foaming sheet of a polypropylene resin are provided to have a 50% foaming ratio by using a foaming apparatus made up of a polishing process and a cooling method using a cooler system and a cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene, all kinds of adding materials and a foaming material are mixed. A resin is passed through a cylinder(4) with a screw by heating an original material and a sub-material at more than 200°C and is melted. The melted resin is guided in a sheet shaped and is foamed. Next, the molded resin is crystallized not to damage the shape of a sheet cell, and a roll temperature is regulated to mold the crystallized polypropylene foaming sheet into a desired pattern. Electric energy is changed to polarity by converting to mechanic energy and then a proper time and pressure are regulated not to damage the pattern of the surface. Lastly, a size is cut by a sub-motor and is packaged.
