    • PURPOSE: A polymer/carbon nanotube composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use a maleic anhydride-grafted styrene acrylonitrile copolymer as a compatibilizing agent for improving the heat resistance of the polymer/carbon nanotube composite. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises the following steps: supplying a poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer, a maleic anhydride graft styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, and a carbon nanotube to a biaxial extruder; and melt-extruding the materials using the biaxial extruder. The distance between a hopper and a nozzle inside the biaxial extruder is classified as a predetermined section.

    • PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube thin film transistor is provided to increase an aperture ratio of a pixel by allowing all conductive materials and a semiconductor material to include CNT and having a flexible structure while being transparent. CONSTITUTION: A CNT thin film transistor comprises a channel layer, a source / drain electrode, a gate layer, a gate isolation layer, and a transparency flexible substrate. The channel layer by the semiconductor CNT forms an electrical path associated with the transparent organic material and the organic material. The source / drain electrodes(21, 22) is connected with both side of the channel electrically by the conductivity CNT. The source / drain electrode by the conductivity CNT forms an electrical path associated with the organic material and the transparency organic material. A gate layer by the conductivity CNT corresponds to the channel layer, and a gate layer by the conductivity CNT is connected with both sides of the channel electrically.

    • PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition with good compatibility is provided, to prevent the degradation of mechanical property caused by the incompatibility of polymer mixture ingredients and improve mechanical property by enhancing the compatibility between each ingredients of composition. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 40-55 wt.% of polypropylene, 35-45 wt.% of poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), 2-6 wt.% of polycarbonate, 2-6 wt.% of nylon, 3-8 wt.% of polymethylmethacrylate, 2-6 wt.% of polyoxymethylene, 1.5-4 wt.% of polyvinyl chloride and 0.5-2 wt.% of poly(butyleneterephthalate), and as a copolymer compatibilizer, propylene and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(PP-SAN), ethylene-ethyl acrylate-anhydride and polystyrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(E-EA-MAH-SAN) and ethylene-glyceryl methacrylate copolymer(E-GMA).
