摘要： PURPOSE: A recycled polypropylene polymer material is provided to maintain lightness, drug resistance and excellent molding processability, and to have excellent physical property, especially impact strength. CONSTITUTION: A recycled polypropylene polymer material comprises a polymer mixed resin consisting of recycled polypropylene resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, and a maleic anhydride graft styrene- ethylene-butylene-styrene copolymer. The amount of the recycled polypropylene is 50-90 weight% on the basis of the polymer mixed resin. The amount of the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer is 10-50 weight% on the basis of the polymer mixed resin.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer/carbon nanotube composite comprises the following steps: supplying a poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer, a maleic anhydride graft styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, and a carbon nanotube to a biaxial extruder; and melt-extruding the materials using the biaxial extruder. The distance between a hopper and a nozzle inside the biaxial extruder is classified as a predetermined section.

摘要： PURPOSE: A producing method of a polyurethane nano composite, and the polyurethane nano composite produced therefrom are provided to prevent material degradation by using a coherence force of a solid additive. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a polyurethane nano composite comprises the following steps: mixing a polyol containing compound with a liquefied silane-based nucleant; stirring the mixture; and obtaining a polyurethane by mixing a diisocyanate group containing compound with the mixture. The liquefied silane-based nucleant is a compound in which more than one hydrogen atom of a silane group is substituted with a methyl group. The polyol is either polyester polyol or polyether polyol.

摘要： PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube thin film transistor is provided to increase an aperture ratio of a pixel by allowing all conductive materials and a semiconductor material to include CNT and having a flexible structure while being transparent. CONSTITUTION: A CNT thin film transistor comprises a channel layer, a source / drain electrode, a gate layer, a gate isolation layer, and a transparency flexible substrate. The channel layer by the semiconductor CNT forms an electrical path associated with the transparent organic material and the organic material. The source / drain electrodes(21, 22) is connected with both side of the channel electrically by the conductivity CNT. The source / drain electrode by the conductivity CNT forms an electrical path associated with the organic material and the transparency organic material. A gate layer by the conductivity CNT corresponds to the channel layer, and a gate layer by the conductivity CNT is connected with both sides of the channel electrically.

A polymer nanocomposite includes 100 parts by weight of a plastic mixture and 75-80 parts by weight of master batch. The plastic mixture comprises 45-50wt% of polypropylene, 40-45wt% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers, 3-5wt% of polymethylmethacrylate, 3-5wt% of polycarbonate, 2-4wt% of nylon, and 1-2wt% of polybutyleneterephthalate. The master batch comprises 96-99wt% of styrene-co-acrylonitrile copolymers and 1-4wt% of nanoclay.
