摘要： PURPOSE: A polymer and conductive hybrid filler composite for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage due to electromagnetic waves by adding two or more conductive fillers to improve EMI shielding efficiency. A polymer nanocomposite includes 100 parts by weight of a plastic mixture and 75-80 parts by weight of master batch. The compatibilizers comprise 7-10 phr of PP-SAN, 2-5 phr of E-EA-MAH-SAN, and 0-5 phr of E-GAM. The polypropylene comprises 10-30 wt% of inorganic fillers selected from talc, mica, and calcium carbonate.
