    • A sunroof assembling system of a vehicle is provided to improve workability and productivity by forming a position determining unit for precisely arranging a sunroof with a vehicle. A sunroof assembling system of a vehicle comprises a loader(3) for supporting a sunroof horizontally, a three-dimensional transferring unit(7), a holding unit, and a position determining unit(11). The three-dimensional transferring unit transfers the sunroof guided on the loader to the inside of the vehicle. The holding unit placed at the front end of the three-dimensional transferring unit holds the sunroof to be inserted into the lower part of the sunroof guided on the loader. The position determining unit formed at the three-dimensional transferring unit determines the insertion position of the holding unit to limit the movement of a windshield glass by two edges formed between a front filler and the roof panel when the holding unit transfers the sunroof inside the vehicle. The holding unit has a position reference roller at the front end. The loader includes a roller sensing unit operated when the holding unit is arranged at a precise position for holding the sunroof loaded on the loader to insert the position reference roller into the loader.

CONSTITUTION: A structure of a link bar for a suspension comprises a support pipe(20), a link cap(10), and a hardness bar(30). A first male screw(21) is formed in the end of the outer circumference of the support pipe. A second male screw(22) is formed in the other end of the outer circumference of the support pipe. The link cap comprises a first bonding groove in which the first female screw formed and the second male screw. A third male screw(31) is formed in one end of the hardness bar. A head part(32) is formed in the other end of the hardness bar.
