The spring seat is included in the trailing arm in order to mount a spring, and comprises a torsion beam gripping unit(13a) and a flange unit(13b). The torsion beam gripping unit grips the rear side of the torsion beam in order to reinforce the rigidity of the torsion beam, and the flange unit disperses tension applied to the torsion beam. The wheel mount bracket is included in the trailing arm, and a rear wheel is mounted.

The trailing arm is respectively combined in both ends of the torsion beam while being arranged according to backward and forward of the car body. The both ends of the torsion beam and the torsion beam flange are welded and connected in the trailing arm.
