    • PURPOSE: An upper and lower part separation dual air conditioning device of a vehicle is provided to independently control the temperature of the upper part and the lower part, by separately placing a distro-vent and a face vent on the upper part, and by placing a floor vent on the lower part. CONSTITUTION: An upper and lower part separation dual air conditioning device of a vehicle comprises an air conditioner case(100), an upper and lower partition wall(140,141,142), and upper and lower part temperature control doors(151,152,153,154). The air conditioner case is formed with a blower unit(110) which is equipped with a blowing fan(111), an evaporator(120), and a heater core(130) on the entry side; and with multiple air outlets(161,162,163) on the exit side. The upper and lower part partition wall form the upper and lower part air passages by dividing the air passage, which has a fixed length from a gap between the evaporator and the heater core to the rear side of the heater core inside the air conditioner case, into the upper part and the lower part. The top and bottom temperature control door control the front end of the heater core separated according to top and bottom by the up down separation wall and the opening degree of respective top and bottom air channel in the rear end. The upper and lower part temperature control doors controls the opening degree of the upper and lower air passages on the front and the rear end of the heater core which is divided into the upper and the lower part by the upper and lower partition wall.

An opening/closing valve(60) opens the low-temperature outlet during the heating mode. A return line(62) returns the low-temperature refrigerant to an inlet side of the compressor. An evaporator(40) generates hot air to heat the inside of the vehicle.
