    • PURPOSE: A sintered ore sample extracting apparatus is provided to improve an automatic removing performance of lump ore by increasing moving force of lump ore. CONSTITUTION: A sintered ore sample extracting apparatus comprises a supporting frame(100), a turning beam(200), a driving cylinder(300), and a taker(400). The supporting frame is arranged under a transferring conveyor. The turning beam is connected to the supporting frame to swing the turning beam between a sample position(501) and a reset position(502). The driving cylinder is connected to the turning beam and supplies operating force to the turning beam. The taker is fixed in the turning beam and extracts sintered sample from ores falling from the transferring conveyor selectively.

    • PURPOSE: A method for regenerating a selective catalytic reduction(SCR) catalyst is provided to prevent the damage of the catalyst by omitting the external discharge of waste SCR catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A waste SCR catalyst is drawn after an SCR process. A washing agent is sprayed to the drawn catalyst. Water is supplied to the catalyst to which the washing agent is sprayed. Steam is supplied to the washed catalyst, and a dehydrating process is followed. The washed catalyst is dried. A catalyst activator immerses the dried catalyst. The washing agent is non-chelate organic acid or chelate organic acid. The washing process and the dehydrating process are capable of being repeated.

      특히, 소결광 제조를 이루기 위한 점화전 소결광을 냉각할 때 발생되는 소결배가스중 일부를 회수하여 200℃ ~ 300℃의 열풍으로 변환시킨 후 400 ~ 600Nm
      3 /hr씩 공급시킬 수 있도록 하는 열풍공급장치(20)와;
      DL(DWIGHT LLOYD)식 소결기에 구비된 배사판(3) 하단에 위치되어 있되, 상기 열풍공급장치(20)와 연결을 취하고 있어 상기 열풍공급장치(20)에서 공급되는 열풍을 장입된 소결원료층 내에 취입시켜 줄 수 있는 4단형 통기장치(10)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus which sinters sintering raw materials using a sintering unit and comprises a sintering car(4) for transferring sintering raw material layer, an ignition furnace for igniting the surface of the sintering raw material layer at the upper part of the sintering car, and a gas exhaust part for exhausting flue gas generated during cooling of sinter into the atmosphere, the apparatus for improving air permeability of sintering layer comprises a hot blast supplier(20) for supplying 400 to 600 Nm¬3/hr of hot blast after converting the recovered sintering flue gas into hot blast of 200 to 300 deg.C by recovering some of sintering flue gas that is generated when cooling sinter before ignition for sinter manufacturing; and a four-stage aeration unit(10) which is positioned at the lower part of a backward inclined plate(3) that is installed at a Dwight Lloyd type sintering machine and connected to the hot blast supplier(20) so that the four-stage aeration unit(10) blows the hot blast supplied from the hot blast supplier(20) into the sintering raw material layer charged.

CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for manufacturing sintered ore comprising plural transfer cars(14); a blended material charging means for charging on the transfer cars blended materials for sintered ore in which a coke fuel is blended in a certain blending ratio; an ignition means for igniting the surface layer parts of the blended materials(7) for sintered ore that are charged on the transfer cars; and an air suction means for forcibly sucking the air into the lower direction of the transfer car, wherein the apparatus further comprises a guide means for guiding a subsidiary fuel so that the subsidiary fuel is charged into the surface layer parts of the blended materials that are positioned at both sides of the transfer cars before the raw materials on the transfer cars are ignited; a subsidiary fuel supply means(22) for supplying the subsidiary fuel to the guide means; and a subsidiary fuel storage member for storing the subsidiary fuel that is supplied to the guide means.
