The low temperature maintaining unit has a reference thermometer(111) and a target thermometer(112), and maintains a low-temperature state. The temperature control unit controls the temperature of the low temperature maintaining unit. The temperature measuring unit measures the temperature of the reference thermometer and the target thermometer. The controller controls the temperature control unit, and reports the measured temperature.

    • PURPOSE: A reversible magnetic permeability measurement apparatus is provided to measure the magnetic field on the surface of a specimen by using a potentiometer and a magnetic flux meter. A phase locked amplifier(40) measures a reversible permeability induced in the detection coil. The magnetic flux meter(50) measures the induced magnetic field on the surface of the specimen. A power amplifier(70) applies the electricity the coil for applying the DC magnetic field. A microcomputer(80) directly calculates the reversible permeability and the magnetic field.
