    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cellulose ester film is provided to have low chlorine content, and excellent planarity and transparency by using a solution-softening method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cellulose ester film comprises: a step of manufacturing cellulose ester, and UV absorbent containing solution; a step of flowing down the solution into a support, and forming a flexible membrane by drying the solution at 30-70; a step of separating the flexible membrane from the support, and elongating the flexible membrane by elongation of 1-40% to transversal direction; and a step of drying the elongated flexible membrane at 100-150°C. The solvent of the solution is one or more kinds selected from methylene chloride, N-methylpyrrolidone, 1,4-dioxane, and nitromethane.

One end of the driving rod protrudes out of the outer case. A link assembly(42) is connected to rotate relative to an output lever(40) of a manipulator to convert the rotational motion of the output lever into the linear motion of the driving rod. A control bar(48) is installed between connectors(46) and controls the length of the link assembly according to the degree of coupling to the connectors. A packing and a dust seal are installed symmetrically about the center of a wear ring inside the bush hole.

CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyketone fiber comprises: a step of dissolving polyketone containing 90 mole% of more of ketone units in a metal salt solution containing zinc bromide to prepare a polyketone solution; a step of extruding/spinning the polyketone solution by a spinning nozzle and solidifying in an acidic solution to prepare a multi-filament; and a washing and drying the multi-filament and treating with emulsion for drawing. The strength, fineness, and extension of the polyketone fiber are 10-30 g/d, 500-30,000 denier, and 3-10%, respectively. The metal salt solution contains zinc bromide, calcium bromide, and lithium bromide.
