The device for forming bolt head by cold working comprises a process of forming a form rolling part at one side of a rod shaped workpiece by a lathe; a process of mounting the workpiece on a lower mold in an upper part of which a bolt head forming space part is formed, and in the center of which a hole with two-step diameter is formed, and hitting the workpiece by an upper mold to form a circular head part on an upper part of the workpiece; a process of completing a hexagonal head shaped bolt head by forging the head part; and a process of forming a screw part by form rolling the form rolling part.

    • PURPOSE: A device for correcting the position of a cutting knife for a heading machine is provided to accurately align a cutting hole of the cutting knife with a bar supply hole by correcting the horizontal and vertical position of the cutting knife combined to a cutting knife holding arm. CONSTITUTION: Fixing faces(2c) are formed at the upper and lower portions of a cutting hole(2a) of a cutting knife(2). A horizontal threaded hole(2d) is formed at the rear front end of the cutting knife. A long horizontal connecting hole(3c) is formed in a cutting knife holding arm(3). A pushing bolt(6) and a pushing rod(5) are combined to the upper and lower portions of a head part(3a) to push the fixing face of the cutting knife. A rotating bolt(7) is combined to the middle portion of the head part and with the threaded hole of the cutting knife to horizontally move the cutting knife. The horizontal position of the cutting knife is adjusted by rotating the rotating bolt. The vertical position of the cutting knife is adjusted by rotating the pushing bolt.
