A top of a process bath(20) is covered with a cover(24). Medium layers(28a,28b,28c) of the multiple stage are formed inside the process bath. The process bath has a cylinder shape. A depot(32) is formed on a seating plane(12) falling down from an installation position of the process bath and stores organic waste transported from the livestock production facility. A diffuser(34) is a multi-stage of medium layer of and supplies oxygen. The stirring axis(36) delivers power of a stepping motor(M) prepared within a machine room. A multi-pair of agitating vane(40a) facing to the opposite direction is installed of at a lower part of the mixer(40). A feed pump(P) is installed inside the depot. A waste tray(44) is installed and fixed to a top portion of the stirring axis firstly receives the organic waste discharged through an organic waste supply tube(42). A water treatment deodorization tank(46) passes the bad smell gas supplied from the process bath through water and de-deodorizes first the bad smell. A biofilter layer(48) includes porous volcanic rock particle, ceramic media, activated charcoal and organic filter media of charcoal, and deodorizes the residual bad smell gas which is supplied after first de-odor from the water treatment deodorization tank.

The inner space of the reaction tank(10) is compartmentized into a first reaction tank(14) having the stirring equipment(16) and a second reaction tank(15) having the microorganism attachment carriers(21) by baffles(13), wherein the first reaction tank(14) includes the inlet(11) and the second reaction tank(15) includes the outlet(12). The baffle(13) has plural holes. The high speed composting airtight vat also has gas discharging equipment(22) on the top of the reaction tank(10), which is connected to a gas storing tank(24) of the outside through a gas pipe(23). The stirring equipment(16) has a stirring shaft(18) which is driven by revolution power from the electronic motor(17), and the reactants are stirred by an impeller(19) in the lower part of the stirring shaft(18) during operation of the stirring equipment(16).
