    • A liquid fertilizer production apparatus is provided to produce a homogeneous liquid fertilizer having less stench and fewer pollutants by using a filtering material such as sawdust or chaff. A liquid fertilizer production apparatus includes: a stirring tank(20) having a filtering material inlet(22), a manure inlet(24), a stirring chamber(21) for stirring the filtering material and manure, a filtering material outlet, and a liquid fertilizer outlet for discharging a liquid fertilizer extracted from the stirred material of the filtering material and manure; an agitator(50) which is installed in the stirring chamber and stirs the filtering material and manure; a liquid fertilizer discharge device which discharges the liquid fertilizer into the outside; a filtering material discharge door(71) which opens and closes the filtering material outlet; and a solid-liquid separator(40) which is installed at the manure inlet so as to separate out solid manure from the manure charged into the manure inlet and put only liquid manure into the manure inlet. Further, the solid-liquid separator comprises a solid-liquid net for passing only liquid manure in the inputted manure and a shaker for shaking the solid-liquid net.

An exhaust pipe(111) is installed at an upper side of the upper box. A transfer support(140) loads and transfers the lower box, the upper box, and the biofilter boxes. A rotary shaft bar(150a) and a fixing bar(150b) are vertically installed on an upper side of the transfer support. A rotation connecting unit installs the rotary shaft bar and the fixing bar such that the lower box, the upper box and the biofilter boxes are individually rotated, separated and laminated.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an excrementitious slurry supplying pipe (32) installed at the upper part of the one side of an aeration tank (30) for supplying the slurry according to the control of an excrementitious slurry supply control part (31); an air supply control part (34) connected to an air supplying passage (33) located at the water bottom part of the aeration tank; a screw type auger (35) installed from the lower part of the aeration tank to over the surface of the wastewater and equipped with a solid discharging hole (36); an ultra-low speed reduction unit (37) installed at the end part of the screw type auger for blocking a slurry counterflow; an inlet pipe (41) installed from the upper part of the aeration tank to the lower part of a settling tank (40) so that the floating liquid passing through the aeration process at the aeration tank is flown into the settling tank; a reverse osmosis membrane forming part (42) installed by being floated on the upper part of the settling tank; a return pipe (43) connected to a power return part (44) at the lower part of the settling tank for returning a sediment of the settling tank to the aeration tank; and a water treatment system connecting pipe (45) installed at the upper part of the one side of the settling tank for guiding the floating liquid passing through the reverse osmosis membrane forming part to a water treatment system (50) by a transferring power part (46).

A liquid fertilizer storage apparatus for odor removal comprises: a liquid fertilizer storage tank(100) having an opened inlet formed in a top face thereof; a treatment solution storage tank(300) which is independent from the liquid fertilizer storage tank, and stores a treatment solution for removing by-products generated from a liquid fertilizer of the liquid fertilizer storage tank; an injection equipment(400) for transferring the treatment solution from the treatment solution storage tank to inject the treatment solution onto the inlet of the liquid fertilizer storage tank from an upper part of the inlet of the liquid fertilizer storage tank; and a porous cover(210) which covers the inlet of the liquid fertilizer storage tank, and temporarily stores the treatment solution injected from the injection equipment. The injection equipment includes a pipe(440), a plurality of injection nozzles(450a-450c) installed on the pipe, a water pump(410) for discharging the treatment solution to the injection nozzles at a predetermined pressure, a timer(420) for controlling the operation of the water pump, and a switch valve(430) installed on the pipe to control the flow of the treatment solution.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a method and apparatus for composting and evaporation of highly concentrated organic wastewater linking methane process, which increase organics decomposition and water evaporation due to fermentation heat resulting in no discharge treatment of organic wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The composting and evaporation method of organic wastewater is as follows: generating methane in an anaerobic digestion vessel(30) wherein wastewater is thrown into and proceeded, and storing methane in a tank(50); spreading wastewater obtained from the anaerobic digestion vessel over an aerobic fermentation-evaporation base(40) filled with bulking agent such as saw dust for generation of fermentation heat to evaporate water; accelerating evaporation by heating the bottom of aerobic fermentation-evaporation with methane collected from the anaerobic digestion vessel; and warming the anaerobic digestion vessel with fermentation heat generated from the aerobic fermentation-evaporation base. The apparatus is characterized by closing anaerobic digestion vessel and aerobic fermentation-evaporation vessel. Therefore, it enables to generate methane gas all the time, which is used as warm blast supplier of fermentation-evaporation base for no discharge of wastewater.
