    • PURPOSE: A drug injection apparatus is provided to enable a user to accurately monitor the injection amount of drugs, and to reduce the pain of a patient for injecting the drugs by using a micro-needle. CONSTITUTION: A drug injection apparatus includes a drug injection unit(101), an electrode unit(102), a signal processing unit(103), and a display unit(104). The drug injection unit is partially inserted into the human body for injecting drugs. The electrode unit is partially injected to the human body by being formed around the drug injection unit, and changes the impedance by the injection of the drugs. The signal processing unit measures the impedance on the electrode unit, and calculates the concentration of the injected drugs. The display unit displays the injection amount of the drugs for users.

    • PURPOSE: A double tuning circuit design of a tuber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a variable bandpass filter circuit by minimally using a passive element and a variable capacitive diode. CONSTITUTION: A double tuning circuit of a TV tuner circuit includes a first tuning circuit(1) and a second tuning circuit(2). The first tuning circuit is composed of a direct current blocking capacitor(5), a varactor diode(10), and an auxiliary capacitive capacitor(13). The anode of the varactor diode is connected to the ground. The cathode of the varactor diode is connected to the direct current blocking capacitor. A reverse voltage supplied from a TU is applied to the varactor diode after passing a resistor(14).

    • PURPOSE: An Improved structural self micro-generator and its fabrication method are provided to maximize the amount of the electric power output per area by forming spiral array of a cantilever. CONSTITUTION: The first layer is a substrate(100) and the second layer is elastic thin film(200). The substrate is silicon. The elastic thin film becomes the silicon nitride film(Si3N4) or the silicon oxide layer(SiO2). The third layer is the piezoelectric thin film(300). The fourth layer is the electrode(410). The piezoelectric thin film is made of the piezo-electric materials like a piezoelectric. The electrode is made of platinum(Pt). The electrode layer is formed in the surface of the piezoelectric thin film.
