摘要： 본 발명은 금속의 아노다이징 처리과정에서 발생되는 구리의 처리 시스템에 관한 것으로; 금속의 아노다이징 처리를 위한 전해조의 전해액을 강제로 이송시키는 제1모터펌프와, 제1모터펌프에 의해 순환되는 전해액의 용존 구리를 흡착하는 구리흡착수단과, 상기 전해조의 전해액을 상기 제1모터펌프와 구리흡착수단을 통과해 상기 전해조로 재투입하는 송수관으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 금속의 아노다이징 표면처리 때 석출되는 전해액 내의 용존 구리를 효과적으로 제거하여 금속의 피막 색상 및 생성을 일정하게 유지시켜주게 된다. 특히 전해액의 농도변화를 해소하기 위해 전해조에 황산의 투입이 필요 없어 비숙련 작업자도 전해조의 관리를 용이하게 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전해액의 농도 변화 등을 차단하여 전해액의 수명 단축을 방지하고 이로 인해 전해액의 유지비용을 줄일 수 있는 장점도 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A dryer capable of reducing foreign material from the surface by spraying high compressed air comprises a blower(150), a fixed and movable jetting nozzles(190,210), and a hot-air bower(130). A drying object is uniformly dried in short time by jetting the hot air to the drying object through the fixed jetting nozzle from the blower. The sliding type injection nozzle is installed between fixed injection nozzles in order to completely remove the foreign materials from the surface of the drying object. A hanger is located on the front side of a main housing(100) in which the hot-air bower is installed to completely dry the drying object.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing the spark of an anode rail for anodizing metal comprises an anode rail(20), a chain(28), a holder(1) and a carbon roller. The anode rail is installed on a electrolytic cell(10) as a closed path. Insulating blocks(21,24) are coupled on the anode rail to make given sections. An anode line is coupled between the insulating blocks. The insulating block is formed to be wider than the width of the holder, which makes surface contact. Different sizes of voltage and current are applied to the anode line. The chain is rotated along the anode rail by a sprocket(50), and transfer blocks are fixed to the chain at given intervals. The holder rotates while making surface contact with the anode rail.
