    • PURPOSE: A system for preventing sparks of an anodic rail for anodizing of metal is provided to minimize a loss of anode rails or holders by increasing or reducing voltage supplied to an anodic line without turning on or off a rectifier. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing sparks of an anodic rail for anodizing of metal includes a first and a second sensing unit(50,15), a control unit(52), and an SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) substrate(54). The first sensing unit detects a holder(40) is inserted into an insulation block(21) from an anodic line(22). The second sensing unit detects the holder is inserted from the insulation block into the anodic line. The control unit determines insertion of the holder into the insulation block and outputs a control signal for input of switching power when a signal is inputted to the first sensing unit and determines insertion of the holder from the insulation block into the anodic line and outputs a control signal for input of oxide coating power(Vs). The SCR substrate supplies pulse signals to a rectifier(56) to input the oxide coating power and the switching power to the anodic line.     • PURPOSE: A system for treating dissolved copper produced during a metal anodizing process is provided to prevent the reduction of service life of electrolyte and reduce maintenance costs for electrolyte by preventing the concentration variation of electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A system for treating dissolved copper produced during a metal anodizing process comprises a first nitric acid dissolving bath(200), a second motor pump(210), a vaporizing bath(220), a cooling bath(230), a third motor pump(240), and a first opening and closing valve(260). The first nitric acid dissolving bath stores nitric acid solution for dissolving copper of a cathodic mesh plate(116). The second motor pump forcibly circulates the nitric acid in the first nitric acid dissolving bath. The vaporizing bath heats the nitric acid solution drawn in by the second motor pump with steam to separate copper. The cooling bath cools the steam in the vaporizing bath to condense the steam. The third motor pump recovers the condensed nitric acid solution to a nitric acid solution supply tank(250). The first opening and closing valve controls the injection of nitric acid solution of the nitric acid solution supply tank into the first nitric acid dissolving bath.

The controller compares voltage and current input from the sensing device with predetermined reference voltage and current to output a control signal. An electronic valve(50) is arranged under a sulfuric-acid tank(60). The electronic valve opens/closes the tank using the control signal of the controller.

The degreasing and plating device comprises an electrolytic cell(11) for plating an object, a degreasing bath(20) which is installed in the electrolytic cell with a partition(12) lower than the electrolytic cell, and a filtering net separating foreign materials from electrolyte flowing in the degreasing bath. The washing and sealing device comprises a first washing tub(51) for washing the plated object by spraying cleaning liquid to the surface of the plated object, a sealing tub(52) for sealing the surface of the washed object, and a second for washing the sealed object by spraying cleaning liquid to the surface of the sealed object. The drying device dries the washed object with hot air. The first and second lifting devices deliver the object in the degreasing and plating device, the washing and sealing device, and the drying device. The transfer device transfers a hanger in which the object is placed.
