    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for simultaneously calibrating a visible ray sensor and a thermal image sensor are provided to simultaneously calibrate the visible ray sensor and the thermal image sensor, thereby reducing time and costs required for calibrating the sensors. CONSTITUTION: A visible ray sensor calibrating system uses a visible ray sensor to take a picture of a checker board(S10). The visible ray sensor calibrating system calibrates the visible ray sensor by using a photographed image(S20). A separate controller selects an infrared frequency of a point heating unit(S30). The point heating unit performs the point heating by the infrared radiation depending on the selected infrared frequency(S40). A thermal image sensor takes a picture of a thermal image by the point heating(S50).
