    • PURPOSE: A voltage reference circuit is provided to implement a flat temperature characteristic for temperature variation by generating reference voltage based on threshold difference of depression transistor having difference threshold voltage. Voltage based on a power terminal is inputted to a drain of a fourth depression transistor, a gate is connected to a third terminal (112) having specific voltage inputted and a source is connected to a fourth terminal (113).

    • PURPOSE: A charge pump device and a unit cell thereof have high pumping efficiency because there is no voltage drop due to a threshold voltage even when the number of unit cells is increased. CONSTITUTION: A first switch (1120) controls a charge transfer operation of a first charge transfer unit. A first charge storage unit (1130) stores charges by being connected to an output terminal of the first charge transfer unit. A second switch (1220) controls a charge transfer operation of a second charge transfer unit (1210). A second charge storage unit (1230) stores charges by being connected to an output terminal of the second charge transfer unit. The first switch is controlled by a first clock and an output terminal of the second charge storage unit. The second switch is controlled by a second clock and an output terminal of the first charge storage unit. The second clock is inputted to the other terminal of the first charge storage unit, and the first clock is inputted to the other terminal of the second charge storage unit.

    • PURPOSE: A voltage regulator is provided to stably sustain the output voltage of a VCC/2 generator without relation of the change of external voltage and loads. CONSTITUTION: The voltage regulator comprises a VCC/2 generator(100), the first and second voltage compensators(101,102). The VCC/2 generator(100) generates the first voltage of VCC/2 level in accordance with a precharge signal. The voltage compensators(101,102) are respectively connected to the output of the VCC/2 generator(100) to compensate the change of the first voltage generated due to the change of source voltage and load. The compensators(101,102) supply charges to an output terminal to increase the level of the first voltage if the first voltage is lowered under a predetermined level and drain the charges of the output terminal to decrease the level of the first voltage if the first voltage is increased over the level.
