    • PURPOSE: A system for finding a Hangul spot address location by using a linguistic characteristic of Hangul is provided to freely use a spot address according to a purpose by designating a reference point and a section value according to the need. CONSTITUTION: Consonants are placed in the north from a reference point and vowels are placed in the east from the reference point. A spot address is written as letters made by combining consonants and vowels in a cross area of two sections with each other. The spot address take one more letter every time performing segmentation.     • PURPOSE: A program and method for detecting an error in seamless cadastral maps are provided to accurately detect an error in the seamless cadastral maps. CONSTITUTION: A preprocessing module(310) generates layers of a cadastral map and a seamless cadastral map by reading the files of the cadastral map and the seamless cadastral map. A separated lot processing module(320) processes a lot separated from the cadastral map by a neat line. A central point comparing module(330) extracts the central point of the lot by the boundary of the lots of the cadastral map and the seamless cadastral map and compares the difference between central points with an allowance error. A figure comparing module(340) compares the figure of a lot of the cadastral map with the figure of a lot of the seamless cadastral map. An error display module(350) colors the difference between central points and a lot detected as a figure comparison result error on a drawing.

    • A system for automatically producing an adjusted plotting diary and a method thereof are provided to reduce errors and work time due to an existing manual working procedure by automating production of the adjusted plotting diary. A system for automatically producing an adjusted plotting diary comprises a data input device(110), a loading module(120), a data setup module(130), an image generation module(140) and an adjusted plotting diary file generation module(150). The data input device receives a machine diary file constructed by a plotting instrument. The loading module loads the machine diary file, received from the data input device, and extracts reference points. The data setup module sets up the extracted reference point data. The image generation module generates an image by referring to position information matched with each reference point and the plotting data file. The adjusted plotting diary file generation module generates the adjusted plotting diary file by using the generated image.
