摘要： A method takes a sample of a deposit on a secondary side of a pipe base plate of a steam generator of a nuclear power plant, In the method a steam generator pipe is removed from the pipe base plate to expose a hot pipe bore penetrating the pipe base plate. A removal tool of a device for taking the sample is introduced into the hot pipe bore by the primary side of the pipe base plate which is opposite the secondary side. A part of the deposit is removed by the removal tool as the sample. The sample is transported and removed from the steam generator. The removal tool is removed from the steam generator. The device contains the removal tool which can be introduced by a primary side of the pipe base plate in an exposed hot pipe bore penetrating the pipe base plate for removing the sample.

摘要： PURPOSE: A flux cleaning system and a flux cleaning method of a heat exchanger are provided to prevent a heat exchanger from being corroded by residual cleaning materials and to easily replace and charge detergent. CONSTITUTION: A flux cleaning system(1000) comprises a detergent storing tank(200), a circulation pump(300), an air injection device(400), a flux cleaning device(500), a first valve(610), a second valve(620), a third valve(630), and a fourth valve(640). The detergent storing tank comprises a detergent inlet(210) where detergent for replacement is charged and a detergent outlet(220) where the detergent is discharged after cleaning. The circulation pump circulates the detergent stored in the detergent storing tank. The flux cleansing device is mounted in a heat exchanger(100) which is brazing joined and comprises an inlet pipe(510), a discharge pipe(520), an air inlet. The first valve is installed in the detergent inlet, thereby controlling a charge of the detergent. The second valve is installed in the detergent outlet, thereby controlling a discharge of the detergent. The third valve is installed between the detergent storing tank and the inlet pipe, thereby controlling a supply of the detergent. The fourth valve is installed between the air injection device and the air inlet, thereby controlling an air injection.
