CONSTITUTION: The device for guiding traverse wire rod comprises a cylindrical outer holder(110) installed in front or rear of finishing mill or curved line guide to which a workpiece for wire rod to be coiled is transferred; an inner holder(210) which is screw connected to the inner circumferential surface of the outer holder in such a way that the inner holder is moved back and forth, and on a part of the inner circumferential surface of which a connection groove(230) is formed in a depressed shape; a rotation body(300) rotationally connected to the inner circumferential surface of the inner holder by bearing; inner rotation rolls(320) respectively installed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotation body with being spaced apart from each other in certain degrees of an angle; and guide rolls(350) rotationally installed at the rear side of the rotation body to guidingly extract the workpiece by supporting three points of the workpiece extracted, wherein a conical coil guiding guide(360) for guiding the workpiece is removably clamped to the center of shaft passing through the rotation body, and wherein the inner rotation rolls are installed in such a way that the center of shaft of the inner rotation rolls is moved by an eccentric shaft(310) in a direction in which radius of the rotation body is increased.
