    • PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to increase efficiency of solar cell by having a rear surface electric field area and a fixed charge area together. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a rear surface passivation film(131), a rear surface electrode(140), a barrier film(132). The rear surface passivation film is positioned in the rear surface of the semiconductor substrate. The rear surface electrode is positioned in the one side of the rear surface passivation film and is formed from a conductive paste which includes conductive power and metal glass. The barrier film is positioned between the rear surface passivation film and the rear surface electrode and has a non-through property about metal glass.

    • A carbon nano tube gas sensor and a fabrication process thereof are provided to reduce response time and recovery time by improving a gas reactive property and sensibility. A carbon nano tube gas sensor includes a substrate, an insulating layer, a pair of electrodes(20a,20b), and a carbon nano tube barrier rib(10). The insulating layer is formed on the substrate. The electrodes are formed on the insulating layer. The carbon nano tube barrier rib is protruded higher than the electrodes at a space between the electrodes, so as to be a gas sensing space. The carbon nano barrier rib is formed by patterning and sintering only a portion of the carbon nano tube pastes coated between the electrodes using a photolithography method.
