    • PURPOSE: A plasma display device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce heat from a transistor by reducing power consumption in the transistor. CONSTITUTION: A scan circuit(412) includes a high voltage terminal and a low voltage terminal and sets a voltage of a scan electrode to a voltage of the high voltage terminal or the low voltage terminal. A first transistor is connected between the low voltage terminal and a first power source to supply a first voltage. A falling reset driving unit(420) includes a second transistor, a third transistor, and a first capacitor. The second transistor is serially connected to the first transistor between the low voltage terminal and a first terminal of the first transistor.     • PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to minimize peak current by supplying a first power source and a second power source in the form of a lamp wave. CONSTITUTION: Pixels control current amount flowing from a first power source to a second power source. A scanning driver supplies a scanning signal to scanning lines. A data driver supplies a data signal to data lines. A first power driver(170) supplies a first power source. A voltage of the first power source is changed into a high level or a low level. A first transistor(M1) is connected to a third power source and an output terminal. A second transistor(M2) is connected to the output terminal and a fourth power source. A first inclination controller(172) is connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. A second inclination controller(174) is connected to a gate electrode of the second transistor.
