    • A transfer film having an organic polymer and a method for forming a metal film layer using the transfer film are provided to prevent the metal thin film from being damaged by removing polymer layers using water or an organic resolvent. A transfer film(35) includes a hydrophilic polymer layer(22), a hydrophobic polymer layer(26), and a metal film. The hydrophobic polymer layer is formed on the hydrophilic polymer layer. The metal film is formed on the hydrophobic layer. The hydrophilic layer is made of a material selected from the group consisting of poly alkyl acid, poly acrylamide, poly ethylene grycol, poly ethylene oxide, poly methyl vinyl ether, poly styrensulfonic acid, and poly ethylene imine. A method for manufacturing an electronic device comprises a step of forming a metal on a substrate; a step of dispersing a carbon nanotube to a solution; a step of adding a coupling material to the solution; and a step of dipping the substrate into the solution and coupling the carbon nanotube to the metal.
