    • 본발명은유리식각공정에서불가항력적으로발생하는공정슬러지(Sludge)를처리하는데소요되는처리비용을혁신적으로줄이고일반적인폐수처리시설을통해처리하는과정에서발생하는과다한침전슬러지(Sludge) 및용수의사용등을억제함으로써 2차적인환경오염을방지하며폐수처리과정에서침전슬러지(Sludge)에포함된형태로처리되는미세유리분말을파우더(Powder)로재생함으로써산업용또는건축용자재의강도향상등에재활용하게하는데그 목적이있다. 본발명은도면2에서와같이공정 Sludge의수집,운반후 반응조에투입하고수열반응을일으키게하여중금속및 수소이온농도를적적하게처리하는방법이다. 반응조에슬러지와중화제투입비율은각각 1:1 비율로투입하며수열반응과정에서슬러지(Sludge)와중화제의반응도를높이기위하여내부에저속회전체를투입하여적정속도에맞게교반하는것을동시에진행한다. 이후, 반응조에서반응이끝난후 부산물로발생하는미세유리분말은그 내부에함유되어있을수 있는미세한수분을제거하기위해별도건조기를사용하여건조하는과정을거치게한다. 중화제는 NaOH, CaOH, BaOH, AlOH중하나를각각의식각슬러지특성에맞게선택하여알카리계수용액중화제를제조하며, 중화제는 NaOH +KAlSi5 + water 이고조성비율은중량비1:3:6이다. 이렇게제조된수용액과슬러지를 1:1 비율로혼합, 교반하여수열반응을일으키게하고이 과정에서식각슬러지(Sludge)는유동성을상실하게되고미세유리분말로전환되어일반매립가능한분말파우더(Powder)로만들어져배출된다. 처리된미세분말에서중금속의용출이되지않는것은 2NaOH + H2SiF6 + PbO + H2O-xSiF6 + 3H2O + Na2O 로제반중금속이식각된유리입자와견고하게결합되어서분해가되지않는구조로전환되기때문이다.
