    • PURPOSE: A composition containing Rubus coreanus Miquel fermentation for suppressing blood glucose increase is provided to maintain a function of suppressing blood glucose increase and to produce various food products for a patient with diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing blood glucose increase contains Rubus coreanus Miquel fermentation. A method for preparing the Rubus coreanus Miquel fermentation comprises: a step of culturing and sonicating lactobacillusm and centrifuging for collecting supernatant; and a step of adding the supernatant to hot water extract for reaction at least three hours. The lactobacillus is Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4, Bifidobacterium sp. SH5, Bifidobacterium breve, Leuconostoc paramescenteroides, Bifidobacterium adolescentis Int-57, Aspergillus usamii, Bifidobacterium infanti, or Aspergillus niger. The Rubus coreanus Miquel extract is obtained by mixing 1 weight part of Rubus coreanus Miquel and 8-12 weight parts of water, and performing double-boiling at 80-100°C for 2-4 hours.
