摘要： PURPOSE: A system for cooling an LCD optical engine is provided to extend the life time of the LCD panel of the LCD projection by improving the cooling system of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: A system for cooling an LCD optical engine(120) includes an inlet fan(210), a first duct(220), a second duct, a third duct, an LCD synthesized system, a fourth duct and an exhaust duct(260). The inlet fan(210) is positioned at the rear side of the LCD optical engine(120). The first duct(220) is coupled to one end of the ventilation of the inlet fan(210). The second duct is fixed to the bottom of the engine base. The third duct is connected to the top of the engine base. The LCD synthesized system is mounted on the third duct. The fourth duct is connected to the top of the LCD synthesized system. And, the exhaust duct(260) is connected to the top of the fourth duct for exhausting the cooling air in a horizontal direction.
