    • An iris apparatus having a shutter function is provided to improve accuracy of shutter driving by increasing driving force of an electromotive unit. An iris apparatus having a shutter function comprises a base plate(38), an electromotive unit(40), a control unit, an arm lever(50), and first and second shutters(100,200). The base plate is provided with a receiving groove(39) with a hinge shaft(43) and an optical transmission hole(45) apart from the receiving groove. The electromotive unit is equipped with a rotor shaft(41) penetrating the receiving groove. The arm lever is connected to the rotor shaft so as to rotate inside the receiving groove according to rotation and reverse rotation of the rotor shaft. The first and second shutters are hinged to the hinge shaft, overlapping with each other, and rotatably arranged inside the receiving groove.

A focus adjustment for an object is carried out based on interaction between the first and second coating surfaces(16,17) and the first and second LEDs(13,14).
