摘要： PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a silver-plated nanofiber web is provided to minimize irritation to skin, and to obtain the nanofiber web with excellent abrasion resistance and electric signal transmission. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a silver-plated nanofiber web comprises: a step of dissolving a fiber-forming polymer and an electroless silver-plated catalyst in an organic solvent and preparing an electrospinning solution; a step of electrospinning the electrospinning solution to prepare a nanofiber web containing nanofibers with a diameter of 10 nm to 5 micrometer; and a step of wetting the nanofiber web with ethanol and a silver plating solution to plate the nanofiber web with electroless silver. An electrode has the silver nanofiber web.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a non-woven fabric containing eco-friendly materials pulverizes the eco-friendly materials such as cypress timber and leaves thereof, charcoal, petals, medicinal materials, jade, gold and silver and make webs made of chemical cotton, padding and fibers contain the eco-friendly materials. The apparatus comprises: a base(10) placed on the bottom; a web supply unit(20) which winds and supplies the webs; a conveyor which is mounted at the upper portion of the base and moves the webs supplied from the web supply unit; and a material supply unit(40) which is mounted at the upper side of the conveyor and regularly inputs the eco-friendly material to the webs.
