When performing a tufting process at the tufting backing, a fiber with the different longitudinal cross-section toward the longitudinal direction of the fiber is used to manufacture a non-woven cloth. The fiber has the adhesion force of 40mN more than that of a tufting yarn. In the tufted non-woven cloth, the compound mixed by circular fibers is used and the content of the fiber with the different longitudinal cross-section is 1 to 99 wt%. The used fiber includes the two or more polymer components. One of polymer components is used as a combining component and has the low melting point of 10 to 155°C. The content of the combining component is 1 to 20 wt% to the entire content of the non-woven cloth.
