    • PURPOSE: A high pressure homogenizer for high viscosity is provided to disperse high viscosity raw material by including an injecting device which injects the raw material into an intensifier by force. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure homogenizer for high viscosity comprises a supply line (L10), a material feed tool(500), check valves (600,700), a hopper(800), an air bent line (L60) and an air vent valve(510). The supply line provides raw materials to a pressure transmitter. The materials feed tool is included in the supply line, and the raw material is pressurized and provided to the pressure transmitter. The check valves are included in the back end of materials feed tool on the supply line. The hopper has a space inside. The hopper is connected between the materials feed tool on the supply line and the check valve. The front end of the air bent line is connected to the hopper. The air vent valve is included on the air bent line.

    • The present invention includes various compositions, devices, systems and methods for mixing at least two separate streams of components. In one aspect of the invention, a device is provided for mixing at least two separate streams of components which, when mixed, form a combined fluid stream. The device comprises a first passageway adapted to communicate with one of the at least two separate streams, and a second passageway adapted to communicate with another of the at least two separate streams. The device further comprises a mixer communicating with each of the first and second passageways comprising a three-dimensional lattice defining a plurality of tortuous, interconnecting passages therethrough. The mixer has physical characteristics which include a selected one or more of mean flow pore size, thickness and porosity is positioned upstream of the dispensing end of the third passageway to mix the component streams of the combined fluid stream.
