    • Disclosed is a fuel production technology. That is, in a system for uniformly agitating a bio fuel and a heavy oil and a method of manufacturing the same according to embodiments of the present invention, after a mixture ratio of a bio fuel and a heavy oil is preset such that the bio fuel and the heavy oil can be uniformly mixed in a fuel container, heat of a predetermined temperature is applied to a first heater in which the bio fuel is contained and a second heater in which the heavy oil is contained by first and second thermostats to increase fluidities of the bio fuel and the heavy oil instead of decreasing viscosities thereof, and the bio fuels and the heavy oil having different specific gravities can be uniformly mixed in the fuel container by controlling an ejection rate of the bio fuel and an ejection rate of the heavy oil with first and second motor controllers such that the bio fuel and the heavy oil are ejected per unit time according to a preset mixture ratio of the bio fuel and the heavy oil, whereby a new industrial fuel can be mass-produced. Accordingly, a new industrial fuel having a relatively excellent heat efficiency in an aspect of price and in which a bio fuel and a heavy oil are mixed can be provided for many enterprises in fuel integrated industries and fields associated with the enterprises, as well as a majority of people, and energy can be saved in a nation which imports raw oil, national major industries can be developed, and new power industries can be remarkably developed by maximizing satisfaction of many businesses which have purchased or desire to purchase the new industrial fuel or satisfaction of a majority of people on use of fuel while a burden on import of fuel can be maximally reduced.

    • PURPOSE: A micro-bubble generation apparatus using the vortex is provided to improve the production efficiency of micro-bubbles by using first and second vortex generation processes in a vortex tube structure. CONSTITUTION: A micro-bubble generation apparatus using the vortex includes a water supplying line(11), an air supplying line(12), a micro-bubble generating unit(20), a first transfer pipe(31), and a second transfer pipe(32). The micro-bubble generating unit is formed with a vortex tube structure mixing water and air to produce the vortex. The first transfer pipe is connected to one side of the micro-bubble generating unit. The second transfer pipe is connected to the other side of the micro-bubble generating unit. A throttle valve(35) is horizontally and movably installed on the end of the first transfer pipe for adjusting the strength of the vortex. The micro-bubble generating unit includes a case, a vortex generator, and a sleeve.
