    • An injecting valve of a high pressure homogenizer and an injecting valve unit are provided to keep a fine gap of an orifice easily and prevent materials from leaking out. An injecting valve of a high pressure homogenizer comprises a fixed member(5) and a movable member(6). The fixed member has a material-introducing passage(4) therein. The movable member is disposed rotatively, swingably, or rockably in opposite to the fixed member in an axial direction of the fixed member. An orifice(3) of the injecting valve is composed of a fine gap, which is disposed between an end face(5a) of the fixed member facing an end of the material-introducing passage and an end face(6a) of the movable member. The orifice connects with a material-processing passage(8) disposed at a secondary side via a collision wall(7) formed on an outer periphery of the orifice.

    • A high pressure sealing apparatus is provided to have high sealing ability by closely contacting a packing member to a sliding rod or a sliding piston with proper contact force under high pressure. A high pressure sealing apparatus includes a top adapter(1), a bottom adapter(3), a plurality of packing members(5), and a plurality of metal backup rings(6). The top adapter is substantially circular on a plane view and has a packing fitting groove(2) with an inverted V-shaped cross section on a bottom wall. The bottom adapter is substantially circular on a plane view and has a packing support wall(4) with an inverted V-shaped cross section on a top wall(3a). The packing members are interposed between the top and bottom adapters. Each of the packing members is substantially circular on a plane view and has an inverted V-shaped cross section. The metal backup rings are alternately overlapped with the packing members. Each of the metal backup rings is substantially circular on a plane view, has an inverted V-shaped cross section, and has a packing fitting unit(7) on a bottom wall(6b). The packing member is made of hard synthetic resin. Deformation allowable gaps(K) are formed on at least two opposite walls among top and bottom walls(5a,5b) of the packing member, the bottom wall of the top adapter, a top wall(6a) and the bottom wall of the metal backup ring, and the top wall of the bottom adapter. The deformation allowable gaps are closed by compressive force of an axial direction(X).
