    • An apparatus for recycling wrongly-printed LGPs(Light Guide Panels) is provided to recycle wrong-printed LGPs rapidly in large quantities by automatically cleansing and drying the surface of a wrongly-printed LGP by removing wrongly-printed sheet. An apparatus for recycling wrongly-printed LGPs comprises LGP carrier members(10), cans(20), roller brushes(30), and a drying member(40). The LGP carrier members(10) are shifted along rails by the driving force of a conveying unit(17). Each LGP carrier member comprises an adsorption plate(13) to adsorb a wrongly-printed LGP. Each of the cans contains an organic solvent to dissolve the ink printed on a wrongly-printed LGP. The lower part of each roller brush is partially contacted with the organic solvent of each can. The upper part of each roller brush contacts and cleanses the surface of a wrong-printed LGP conveyed by each LGP carrier member. The drying member inhales air to dry an LGP delivered through the roller brushes.

    • PURPOSE: A method for processing a workpiece is provided to precisely process a curvature portion of the workpiece for improving an endurance of a tool by controlling a cutting speed of the tool. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece is designed(100). An NC code is obtained by modeling the workpiece(120). Then, a simulation work is carried out for a processing procedure of a tool with respect to the workpiece in order to measure an effective diameter of workpiece(130,140). A cutting speed of the tool is obtained by using the effective diameter and RPM of the tool of the NC code(150). Tool RPM of the NC code is changed if an error exceeds a predetermined level by obtaining the error between the cutting speed and a reference cutting speed. Then, the workpiece is processed by using the tool having RPM obtained through above procedure(200).
