摘要： Provided is a method for artificial cultivation of cauliflower mushroom, which facilitates growth of spawn with no need for a separate nutrition promoting agent, increases yield of mushroom, and improves immunity and adaptability during cultivation of spawn. The method for artificial cultivation of cauliflower mushroom comprises the steps of: naturally drying wood of larix leptolepsis to remove pine resin, cutting the wood into sharp wood chips, and allowing the wood chips to generate water; introducing the wood chips and sawdust into a sealed container, sterilizing and cooling the container, and introducing spawn thereto; and cultivating the spawn in the container in a cultivation chamber and cultivating cauliflower mushroom from the spawn in a growing chamber.
