Therefore, the present invention may be used to repair and reinforce a floor and a part in which floor (concrete) finishing is necessary and include excellent shock resistance properties, flame resistance properties, and chemically resistant properties.

    • PURPOSE: A composition of a paving material for an anti-skid bicycle, vehicle, or walk road is provided to maintain superior physical properties of a paving material without crack or delamination against repetitively applied loads. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a paving material for an anti-skid bicycle, vehicle, or walk road comprises a lower layer pavement composition and an upper layer pavement composition. The lower layer pavement composition comprises a first lower layer pavement composition 40~60 weight% and a second lower layer pavement composition 60~40 weight%. The first lower layer pavement composition comprises permeable concrete 100 parts by weight, yellow soil mortar 10~15 parts by weight, sand 20~40 parts by weight, gravel 20~40 parts by weight, quicklime 4~8 parts by weight, cement 5~10 parts by weight, iron oxide 4~8 parts by weight, and water 110~125 parts by weight. The second lower layer pavement composition comprises a mixture of soil, rubble, and gravel 100 parts by weight, bentonite 5~10 parts by weight, diatomite 5~10 parts by weight, calcium hydroxide 3~5 parts by weight, zinc oxide 1~2 parts by weight, and sodium aluminate 1~2 parts by weight. The upper layer pavement composition comprises a first upper layer pavement composition 40~60 weight% and a second upper layer pavement composition 60~40 weight%. The first upper layer pavement composition comprises a main material 100 parts by weight, an additive 1~5 parts by weight, and a protective resin component 5~10 parts by weight. The second upper layer pavement composition comprises bentonite 40~70 weight%, diatomite 10~20 weight%, calcium hydroxide 5~15 weight%, zinc oxide 10~20 weight%, and sodium aluminate 1~10 weight%.

    • The present invention relates to a method of painting a self-healing steel structure, which includes: a step of grinding or polishing the surface of a steel structure to remove a foreign substance therefrom; a step of washing the ground or polished surface with high pressure water; a step of applying a primer, which includes a polyvinyl butylal resin, organosilane, a borate compound, polyphospate, a phosphoric acid, a phenol resin, and metal powder, to the surface washed with the high pressure water, to form a primer layer; and a step of applying a self-healing composite, which includes an epoxy resin, a polyglycidyl compound, silica, zirconium, alumina, an alicyclic amino compound, silicon carbide, a mineral-based silicon resin, zinc or oxidized steel, organic fiber, inorganic fiber, a water binder, aluminum hydroxide, and barium sulfate, to an upper surface of the primer layer, to form a self-heating layer. Accordingly, the self-healing layer applied to the steel structure compensates for a portion of the steel structure, which is susceptible to corrosion, and a painting thickness of a portion of the steel structure, in where connecting plates overlap each other, thereby significantly reducing a crack of a painting layer and preventing a degradation factor.
