    • The present invention relates to a calcium phosphate based microparticles having a microsized pore structure and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, a method for manufacturing microparticles by manufacturing particles with nanoparticles manufactured by using a polymer as a template and polymer mixed liquid, then manufacturing porous particles which are 800-1200 μm in size by high temperature heating. The size and degrading level of the porous microparticles according to the present invention can be controlled by controlling the concentration of the liquid, reaction time, and the temperature of the heat. Also, since the porous microparticles according to the present invention has an excellent bioactivity, not only as a drug carrier, the porous microparticles induce the formation of apatite, a component similar to human bones, thereby being widely used as a material for a bone filling, a restoration material, and a supporter.
