    • PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to produce organic liquid fertilizer and organic agricultural chemicals in a short time by an air inlet structure and a circulation structure of organic material in a reactor. The apparatus can be applied to aerobic and anaerobic fermentation and can be used for cultivation of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(10) contains: the reactor(11) having an inlet hole(11b) for supplying an organic material to be fermented and an outlet hole(11c) for discharging the fermented organic material in the upper and the lower part, wherein the bottom(11a) of the reactor(11) has a broad upper part and a narrow lower part; a constant temperature means(12) containing a heater(12a) for heating the supplied organic material and at least one temperature sensor(12b) for measuring the inside temperature of the reactor(11); a circulation pipe(13) connecting the upper part of the reactor(11) to the lower part of the reactor(11); a bidirectional circulation pump(14) mounted on the circulation pipe(13), which sucks or discharges the organic material of the upper part or the lower part selectively according to the moving direction; an air inlet pipe(15) having an aspiration control valve(15a), wherein one end of the air inlet pipe(15) is connected to the circulation pipe(13). Additionally, the apparatus(10) contains an organic material crusher(17) and a pressure pump(18) in the reactor(11).
