    • A branching apparatus for a corrugated steel pipe is provided to tighten a saddle branch pipe in a stable manner by pre-setting the position where a fastener is tightened. A branching apparatus(10) includes a saddle branch pipe(20), a watertight sleeve(30), and a fastener. The saddle branch pipe includes a mounting plate(21) which is arranged to contain a branch hole formed on an outer surface of a first pipe(50), and a protruded pipe(22) protruded from the mounting plate such that a second pipe is joined to the protruded pipe. The watertight sleeve is fitted to the outer surfaces of the saddle branch pipe and the first pipe. The fastener is a wire which is wound on the first pipe, containing the mounting plate at both side surfaces of the protruded pipe of the saddle branch pipe, and tightens the first pipe. The mounting plate of the saddle branch pipe is arc-shaped and corrugated in the direction of the corrugation of the first pipe such that the mounting plate is fitted tightly to the first pipe. The mounting plate of the saddle branch pipe has an outer surface on which a plurality of hooks is staggered from each other so as to tighten the wire and prevent the wire from moving in an axial direction.

    • The present invention relates to a corrugated steel pipe and a manufacturing device thereof. The corrugated steel pipe comprises a pipe body and a locking core part. The pipe body is formed by spirally winding a steel plate having multiple corrugated parts laterally arranged at the center. The locking core part is formed by compressing a watertight member and first and second bent grooves in a state where the watertight member is inserted in the first bent groove and first and second bent parts are inserted in the second and first bent grooves, respectively, wherein the first bent part for restricting the first groove is formed by bending one side of the steel plate in a specific direction, and the second bent part for restricting the second bent groove is formed by bending the other side of the steel plate in the opposite direction to the first bent part while the steel plate is spirally wound.
