A non-woven fabric tube for a repair is impregnated with an underwater hardening type epoxy resin paint. The impregnated non-woven fabric tube for a repair is mounted in a bending type expansion repair device. The bending type expansion repair device is put inside a manhole and pipeline. Compressed air is transferred to the bending type expansion repair device, thereby being expanded. The impregnated non-woven fabric tube for a repair with the underwater hardening type epoxy resin paint is hardened by heating and circulating the compressed air. An adhesion and hardening of the hardened non-woven fabric tube for a repair are completed.
