    • PURPOSE: A non-excavating sewerage partial repairing system using an underwater hardening epoxy resin paint and a refraction type expansion repairing apparatus is provided to enhance an adhesive force because a surface-processed cutting is proceeded on a polluted surface of a conduit, and to obtain an economical effect because a length of a repairing part is designed regardless of a diameter and width of a manhole. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavating sewerage partial repairing system using an underwater hardening epoxy resin paint and a refraction type expansion repairing apparatus is follows. The inner part of the sewerage pipeline is cleaned and explored. A deteriorated surface of a target area for a repairing is milled in a spiral shape. A non-woven fabric tube for a repair is impregnated with an underwater hardening type epoxy resin paint. The impregnated non-woven fabric tube for a repair is mounted in a bending type expansion repair device. The bending type expansion repair device is put inside a manhole and pipeline. Compressed air is transferred to the bending type expansion repair device, thereby being expanded. The impregnated non-woven fabric tube for a repair with the underwater hardening type epoxy resin paint is hardened by heating and circulating the compressed air. An adhesion and hardening of the hardened non-woven fabric tube for a repair are completed.

    • PURPOSE: An air pressure reversing and inserting method of a resin-impregnated tube using a tube reversing device of an air chamber type are provided to improve the performance of preventing corrosion by successively constructing cured lining without cutting a pipe path. CONSTITUTION: A method for reversing and inserting pressure of a resin-impregnated tube(18) using a tube reversing device of an air chamber type comprises following steps. A path for a pipe is excavated without cutting the pipe and a work manhole is installed on the upper part of the pipe path. The tube reversing device of the air chamber type comprises an air chamber, an inner shielding plate, and an outer shielding plate. A PE(Polyethylene) film-coated nonwoven fabric reinforcement tube impregnated with resin liquids is inserted into the pipe path. The resin-impregnated tube is reversed and inserted into the pipe path using the tube reversing device of the air chamber type. The inside corrosion of the pipe path is prevented while the resin liquids harden into steam and coated on the inner wall of the pipe path.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing latent middle-temperature quick-hardening epoxy resin composition is provided to reduce hardening time of a hardener while not excessively denaturing the epoxy resin composition, and to improve physical strength and chemical strength of the epoxy resin composition. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing latent middle-temperature quick-hardening epoxy resin composition comprises the steps of: preparing a base component; and preparing a hardener. The base component is prepared by heating, melting, and mixing epoxy resin (equivalent 184~196) 70~80 parts by weight and epoxy resin (equivalent 450~500) 10~20 parts by weight; adding lauryl glycidyl ether 3~5 parts by weight as a viscosity modifier to the mixture to obtain proper viscosity; adding silica fume 0.1~5 parts by weight to the resultant; and mixing urea modified solution 0.1~3 parts by weight to the dispersion. The hardener is produced by the steps of: heating triethylamine 70~90 parts by weight; and mixing morpholine 3~10 parts by weight, benzyl alcohol 2~10 parts by weight, dimethylformamide 2 parts by weight, and tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol 1~2 parts by weight to the heated material to form a hardener.
